Family Rentals rents, sells and repairs all brands of medical and mobility equipment. Having a party or event and need help? We have on-staff event planners who can guide you through, from start to finish to make your party, event, or wedding a success and reasonably priced. Is delivery available for all of our items?

Yes, delivery is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week for a nominal fee.

When will my items be delivered and for how much?

Deliveries are typically in the mornings, and throughout the morning and afternoon during peak season. The prices are based on our delivery schedule during our regular delivery routes when you order in advance. Same Day, Sunday, Holiday, and after hours and special time delivery is available for slightly extra.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Party items and smaller items can be picked up yourself if you desire. Certain furniture related items such as the Full Size Crib and the Queen Size Bed must be delivered and assembled by our delivery servicemen for safety and cosmetic reasons.

Is there any minimum for delivery?

There is no minimum for delivery.

If I rent dishes, silverware or glassware, do I have to wash them after use?

All items should be rinsed free of food and debris and returned in the containers in which they were delivered.

Are linens included or are they available?

All Crib types come with sheet, mattress pad, and bumpers. Linens for Rollaways and other Beds are available by the piece or in packages.

Are the items cleaned after each use?

All items are cleaned and sanitized by our full housekeeping staff.

What are your hours of operation?

Store hours are officially from 8 AM to 5PM Monday through Saturday, however, we are usually here much later and can be reached by telephone 24 hours / 7 days per week.

How far in advance do I need to reserve an item?

It is recommended to reserve as far in advance as possible as we tend to sell out during some weekends and most major holidays.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local checks and cash for payment
